Double room with ensuite available, Botley, Oxford

I have a double room with ensuite available in a lovely all women/non-binary shared house in Botley. Students and non-students welcome. Looking for someone to take over my contract from the 1st January.

£755 per month, bills come to approximately £45 a month (not including council tax - band E).

The house has 4 other women, two postgraduates (grad medicine and masters in education) and two young professionals (an historian and a research assistant in the Geography department here in Oxford). We are a bubbly group, down for movie nights, card/board games and pub trips! We are all respectful of each others personal space and peace and quiet! We would like someone kind, sociable and friendly to join the current bunch.

The room is large and spacious with an ensuite (shower and toilet). Its a cosy, well insulated house, near a Waitrose and close to Aldi too. We are on a lovely welcoming road that has a vibrant community spirit (i. e. a very active Whatsapp chat!).

I'm sad to be moving out as I've started a PhD based outside of Oxford. I'm gutted to be leaving and would like someone well suited to replace me in my tenancy contract.
