Bright double room in lovely 2‑bed house in Botley

I’m looking for a friendly, tidy postgrad or young professional to share a cosy 2‑bedroom flat in Botley from February to June, with the possibility to extend (by agreement with the landlady). The flat has a spacious, light‑filled living room with a big window onto the front garden, a modern bathroom with walk‑in shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and access to both front and back gardens.

Rent plus bills is roughly 850 in total each month.

The neighbourhood is very convenient: Botley is just west of the city centre, with West Way Square, supermarkets and lots of local shops and cafes only a few minutes’ walk away, and there are easy cycle routes and frequent buses into central Oxford.​

You would be sharing with me (female postgrad at Oxford) and a lovely tabby cat who is very friendly and sweet, but an indoor cat, so you would need to genuinely like cats and be happy to live with one. I’m a DPhil student at Oxford, so the flat is usually calm and quiet during the week, but I really enjoy relaxed evenings with housemates – board game nights, chatting over dinner, or watching reality TV together. I cook a lot and would love to live with someone who enjoys sharing the occasional meal, has similar interests, and values a friendly, respectful home.
