We are a warm and welcoming family offering a bright, comfortable double room in our
home. It would be ideally suited to a professional female or visiting academic seeking
a quiet, friendly and supportive environment. The household is made up of myself - a
primary school teacher and artist - and my two sons: one studying Digital Media at
Oxford Brookes, and the other taking Further Maths A level while preparing for his
University application. During term time it’s just the three of us at home, as my husband
(a university professor) is away teaching at the University of Birmingham. We’re an
easy-going, quiet and considerate family who respect our guests’ privacy, but we’re also very
happy to help you settle into Oxford and feel at home.
