Ensuite room in a 2 bed flat

An ensuite double room is available in a 2 bed flat, the building has its own gym, lounge and meeting rooms. The Internet is included in the rent, rest of the bills including council tax will be shared among 2 people. I am the current flatmate, my previous flatmate had to leave the country and hence the availability, the flat has a contract till October and can be extended.
