Huge Sunny Room in Sociable House

Hi! We're a large, social house on Botley Road (Osney Island end) just five minutes' walk from the train station, and 15 mins from the city centre. We've got a huge double room available from the end of this month!

The room is on the second floor, and comes fully furnished. It has a bathroom shared with one other right next to it, and has a large, east-facing bay window for tonnes of light. It comes with two built-in wardrobes, underbed storage space, and hardwood floors.

The house is a 3-storey victorian end-terrace with a large kitchen, living room, a garden/patio facing away from the Botley Road side with ample space for bike storage. It's close to most amenities, including an off-license just over the road (2 minutes' walk).

About us: We are social group of young professionals, aged 25-29. We're into festivals, pub nights, film nights/cinema, weekend walks, cycling, camping, parties - the whole lot really.

We have a huge house in a great location (only 7 minutes' walk from Oxford train station), and are looking for someone sociable who wants to be part of that. Bonus points if you want to join us for any of the above mentioned activies, or introduce us to more!

We're pretty relaxed, but would of course like someone who cares about the state of their home, and will contribute to cleaning, tidying, taking the bins out, etc - without it being a fuss.

The ideal move in date would be the start of August (exact date would be organised between yourself and the outgoing tenant) and we would prefer a long term tenant interested in staying at least 6 months, and perhaps beyond.
