Oxford Tenancy Takeover - 44 Week Premium Studio

This is a ad for a tenancy takeover for my 44 week tenancy for a premium studio at West Way Square Oxford. I am in need of a takeover as I am a disabled student whom has since been offered university accomodation that is more suitable for my needs.

The price is £295 a week, all bills included with an en suite and kitchenette all included in the self contained studio. There are also excellent public transport links to the city center with a bus stop within a 5 minute walk and easy access to both the university of Oxford and Oxford Brookes university. The property also has an on site gym, cinema room and many more amenities to make sure you have the perfect stay!

The payment dates for the studio is also flexible to match any student loans, studentships, scholarships or personal preferences.
