Room available in friendly house share

Hiya, Our current housemate is sadly moving out at the end of september, so we are looking for a new tenant.

The room is furnished with a double bed and mattress, two wardrobes, a desk, and a nightstand.

The area is quiet with a small shop opposite the house and a bus stop around the corner.

There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

Bills are £90.40 each per month.

Our landlord is great and has been very responsive with the few issues we’ve had.

Council tax is band C, resulting to £61.70 each per month.
