Took us ages to find a place as nice as this for the price. It may not be as central as some but it makes little difference to us. Really good open living-room & kitchen area, 2 nice bathrooms.

We all work hard in the week and do the odd thing, weekends we often do our own thing and/or do things together, drinking, eating etc... we like to be sociable and have fun!

We are not clean freaks but we do appreciate everyone pulling their weight and being considerate to each other.

The double rooms are a good size.

The room will be availbale from mid september, the rental price is £340pm with a one-off £210 credit reference fee for the agents and then bills are about £80 per month incl. council tax.
