Hi my name is Sonny, i'm 33 and have a room to rent in my house. Its a decent sized furnished double room (recently repainted) really nice lounge and recently done kitchen.
The house is just a 10 minute walk to Oxford train station and it is less than a mile to get onto the ring road, so easy access into and out of town.
The rent includes all bills, we have 40mbs broadband, Netflix, I also have a cleaner (don't like living in a dirty house but not a huge fan of scrubbing toilets!!!!) I also have a cat called Bryan, so anyone who isn't a fan of cats might have to give this house a miss, but i'm sorry i'm not looking for anyone with any pets.
Ideally I'm after a Monday - Friday tenant which would be £500 PCM but will consider full time £600 PCM
