We are a professional couple with a room to rent Monday-Friday. Our house is a 4 bed, newly built town house off the Eynsham Road, Botley.
The room is a large double with ensuite. It is the only room on the top floor and therefore private. It is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, washing machine, fridge and freezer. All rooms are bright and well finished.
There are regular buses to the city centre and Headington hospitals. There is also parking available outside without a permit. There is space for a bike to be stored in the garden.
The price per month is £525- this will include bills and council tax.
