We are looking for a new housemate for our wonderful, very spacious house in the centre of Botley. The house itself is close to the Elms Parade shops and comes with its own private garden, off-road parking and lots of storage space. The current housemates are three men between mid twenties and mid thirties.
The room available is fairly spacious with a built-in desk and wardrobe. It also comes unfurnished so you would need to provide your own furniture. We are looking for a professional who is friendly, tidy and sociable!
The rent is £386. 25, not including bills. The room needs to be taken before 20th February.
There is also a reference fee from the estate agent and a damage deposit that would need to be paid.
