I'm 30/m and I work as an engineer just outside Oxford. My current flatmate is moving out so I'm looking for a sociable flatmate that is a professional too (too envious of a student's lifestyle).
The room has a bathroom (see photo) adjacent to it which will be your own. The rent does NOT include bills. (Council tax, electric, gas, water, high speed broadband come to about £130 each per month and there is an initial agency fee of £100 for contracts etc.)
The kitchen includes a washing machine and fridge freezer built in.
Bus stop a minutes walk away (15 mins bus into town). Shops area also a minutes walk away
