Large room available in central Oxford houseshare, for a short term let in Feb/March. Furnished room features a single bed, couch/sofa, table, and all those other usual things (along with a record player!). There are four other friendly and easygoing housemates (2 Australians, 2 English) - a mix of young professionals and postgrad students (everyone is in their early twenties). You will also have access to a communal living room, kitchen, and a ridiculously large backyard.
The house is a five minute walk away from the station, and a ten minute walk away from the city centre. It is located on Botley Road and really close to shops, along with other amenities.
Rate: £225 a week (total rate for the two weeks £450). This includes all bills & internet.
Dates available: February 26 - March 13.
