Hi. I have a nice Double room to rent in Botley, Oxford.

The room is fully furnished with desk, chair., Double bed, wardrobe and side table..

The flat is in the new centre of Botley, door step to the shops, supermarkets, bank, cafes etc... .

The flat is only 1,5 miles from Oxford City Centre, i. e. 9min by bike , 13min by bus, only 7min by car and if you feel like walking, it takes around 25min. The ring road is also at the door step.

The house is very clean and organised.

The rent includes:
Gas - Electricity - Water - Council Tax - TV Licence - Unlimited Internet - a cleaner once a week for the communal areas.

So the only thing to pay is the rent for the room and no extra cost.

I am looking for clean and respectful house mate.
