Is a short 1. 9 miles from Oxford Train station and city centre. According to Google maps (and my own experience) The property is a 10 - 15 minute bike ride from the city centre, a 30 minute walk and a 10 minute bus ride with regular bus services throughout the day and night. Bus stops are multiple, 1 is 30 seconds from the front door and the other is a five minute walk down hill.
Good access to A34 and A420 as well as main road west in to the city centre.
The property is well decorated throughout bathroom, kitchen, floors and all electrics are up to date and to UK heath and safety standards (certificates provided)
Kitchen has a range cooker 8 hobs , 3 x ovens / grill, , 2 x large fridge freezers and ample storage space to cook and store for three tenants.
