The Cost: INCLUDES EVERYTHING 1 x payment per month

Council Tax, Gas, Electric, Water, 500MB business Broadband, Tv License, House insurance, Cleaner for communal areas (inc bathroom) 1 x per week and a gardener during the summer months.

A cleaner comes once per week and cleans all communal areas including kitchen and hobs/oven

A gardener comes once or twice per month to cut the grass April through October.

The Room:

Medium size room with a double bed, a wardrobe and 1 x drawer unit.
The room also comes with a Smart TV installed with a very good internet connection. Has a private en suite shower room, toilet and sink.

(The house also has a small "guest bedroom" for use of the tenants guests, visiting family etc)

The House:

Is a short 1. 9 miles from Oxford Train station and city centre. According to Google maps (and my own experience) The property is a 10 - 15 minute bike ride from the city centre, a 30 minute walk and a 10 minute bus ride with regular bus services throughout the day and night. Bus stops are multiple, 1 is 30 seconds from the front door and the other is a five minute walk down hill.

Good access to A34 and A420 as well as main road west in to the city centre.

The property is well decorated throughout bathroom, kitchen, floors and all electrics are up to date and to UK heath and safety standards (certificates provided)

Kitchen has a range cooker 8 hobs , 3 x ovens / grill, , 2 x large fridge freezers and ample storage space to cook and store for three tenants.

There is private parking both on and off road.
