Large ensuite room in family house - Botley

We have a newly built loft conversion with ensuite available from August. We are a professional couple with two children aged five and six and have two cats lurking around also (thought I'd make that clear from the start). The room comes with a super kingsize bed, wardrobe, desk, tv and extra storage under the bed. It has a large ensuite attached with a shower enclosure, toilet etc.

We are looking to rent to a single female, professional or student who doesn't mind the occasional bit of noise from the two kids. However, the room is above the children and with a closed door not an issue (I've retreated up there on many occasions).

The only request we have is no partners to stay over. This is due to the children and having people we don't know around our kids.

It's a fantastic room with broadband and all bills included, one minute from the 4a bus stop, 15 minutes to the centre of town and in a nice quiet close.
