Room to rent Acer Close - short rent no problem

Spare room to rent in lovely Acer Close in Bradwell Village, with plenty of parking, it's very open and quiet, with lovely neighbours.. Close to Burford and Carterton - with the Cotswold Wildlife Park a few hundred yards away - you can hear the lions roaring!

The room has an ensuite, albeit shared shower room - it also has a cross trainer which you're welcome to use, but I use it as well.

You'll have use shared use of the kitchen, with large fridge freezer and dishwasher, but it's a small one.

Sky TV and broadband., lounge with leather sofas. There's only one TV, so no gamers please - I have a fairly intense job and won't tolerate being kept up all night - and I get up pretty early.

Quite large south facing garden.

Would have no issue with you working from home, but no partners/couples please - but I will consider pets..

Happy to look at very short term rental, I'm new to this so I'm not sure if it'll work for me.
