Spare room to rent in lovely Acer Close in Bradwell Village, with plenty of parking, it's very open and quiet, with lovely neighbours. Close to Burford, Carterton and Lechlade - with the Cotswold Wildlife Park a few hundred yards away - you can hear the lions roaring!
UPDATE 14.8 - the spare room and ensuite are now redecorated - new grey herringbone carpet, down lighters on a dimmer, its own bathroom/shower room and built-in wardrobe.. There's no TV in the room at the moment, but getting one in there isn't a problem - ETA for move in would be 1.9 at the moment, as the main bedroom bathroom are now being done - this is costing a bit!
You'll have use shared use of the kitchen, with large fridge freezer and dishwasher, but it's a small one, and washing machine.
Sky TV and broadband., lounge with leather sofas.
Would have no issue with you working from home, but no partners/couples please - but I will consider pets..
