i am a live in landlord who has a spare double room to rent. The house has a shared bathroom and downstairs toilet. £125. 00 per week or £500 per month. This includes all bills. I have sky tv and wifi at no extra cost. Ideally looking for the 1st April as moving in date but will consider earlier dates if needed to. It's a quiet little village but really beautiful. I try to keep a good clean house so please be respectful of it. Other than that I don't mind.
