The house is situated on the modern housing development of Shilton Park Carterton which benefits from excellent transport links to Witney, Oxford and surrounding villages and is walking distance to RAF Brize Norton. The rent includes all bills and the deposit will be held in a government bond. The house complies with all legislative requirements. The house is cleaned once per week by a cleaner.
