Double room for rent from around September.

Hello. I potentially have a double room available to rent in Carterton from September (the exact date may change as I am moving into this house in the summer!).

I’m just seeing if there is any interest at the moment, so please feel free to contact me and I will try to get back to you as soon as I can!

To note:

-You must be ok with dogs! (I have a very friendly, playful dog who will also live at the house!)
-Bills will be included in the price (gas, electric, water, council tax and internet).
-parking is available however only for one car- I need access to my vehicle for work so this can be discussed!
-room isn’t furnished as I am moving into the property. But am happy to help get some bits of furniture etc and may have some available.

Looking for £550 per month (couples considered but may need to discuss higher rent to cover the increase in bills!)

Students also considered (not sixth form/18 year old college students though sorry!)

Must be over 18 and preferably under 35.
