Just to confirm that I am a live-out landlord and you will only be sharing with 1 other female tenant.
The property is on the Shilton Park estate in a 2 bedroom Ground Floor Flat.
I’m looking to rent the En-Suite Double bedroom (due to an existing tenant leaving on 7th Dec) to a sensible female who will treat the flat with respect. (Bedroom 1 on the floorplan)
The available En-Suite Bedroom (£650pcm) has a Kingsize bed with built in wardrobe and benefits from an en-suite (Shower/basin & toilet).
The living/dining room has two sofas (one a sofa-bed – handy if company stays over the weekend, with permission of other tenant) 42in HD TV with BT TV and BT Infinity unlimited broadband (about 40mbps speed). Bluray DVD player with Netflix included.
The flat has a dedicated parking space, there are several visitor spots and on-road parking.
The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect incl Microwave and Washer/Dryer machine . There is plenty of cupboard space for two and large built in Fridge/freezer.
Viewings will be arranged through myself with an aim to carry out viewings on 8 Dec after existing tenant has vacated. I will be at the flat on Sun 7 Dec deep cleaning the room in preparation for new tenant.
Available from 15 Dec - I will have deep cleaned the room/bathroom prior to tenants arrival.
