Double Room in Carterton

Professional person required to share house. Typical new build 2 bed house with shared bathroom and small garden. Street parking is not an issue.

I can sometimes be away a lot (work during the week, hobbies on weekends) but it would be nice to have somebody in the house of a similar age / nature who is neat(ish) and doesn't want to party every night, but happy to chill with a book, film, drink, small group of friends for dinner kind of thing...

The room is used as a guest bedroom / office, when not rented out so it has a double bed, desk, chair etc. As well as a storage area over the stairs.

Shilton Park is 5 minutes from the A40, 25 minutes’ drive into Oxford (double with traffic though) and 2 minutes to Brize Norton. The bus service runs every 20mins from Carterton, Brize Norton, Witney, Eynsham to Oxford. Nearby are major supermarkets/petrol station and high street shops/restaurants etc can be found in Witney. Also good access to abingdon via a415.
