I am looking for a friendly, cheerful person to rent the room.
I don't ask too much, just tidy up after yourself, be courteous that it is my home too :)
I have a little cat called Brian who is lovely but can be a bit nervous when you first meet him.
The room is situated on the first floor and is light and airy, always has the sun on one side or the other depending on the time of day!
The room currently has a single bed, sofa and big wardrobe in. There is a TV supplied with the room but it's only basic freeview I believe with no added extras.
There is parking outside the building on a quiet road, also close to the Co Op, the chinese and a fish and chip shop!
All I ask for is a month's notice if you plan on moving out, thank you :)
I work day and night shifts so need someone who is courteous and not wanting to party all hours.
