Double-Room || All Bills Included || Large Garden!

We have a bright, morning-light double bedroom available for let, all bills included, in our friendly two bedroom house. The room comes partially furnished with a double bed and small half-dresser, which can be stored away on request.

Modern upstairs bathroom with shower and bath, as well as shared, spacious living room with kitchen and attached conservatory. The garden is fairly large and includes a raised bed where we grow our own veg, and a patio. The kitchen/conservatory are fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, clothes dryer, and various other kitchen goods to meet our cooking obsession (panini press, deep fryer, large cooker with two ovens (not pictured), air fryer, american style fridge, and a standing freezer, among others)! There is also a clothes dryer.

My boyfriend and I are looking to fill the second bedroom. We are both 30 years old, easy-going working professionals, and live with a cat and a dog who are far more easy-going... and don't pay rent. We greatly enjoy cooking and gaming, and are looking for someone who is easy to get on with and doesn't mind pets in the house.

The house itself has on and off-street parking and is just a short walk from the local florist, pharmacy, GP surgery, three pubs, and a few corner stores. Situated in the quiet, historic Chalgrove, the village itself is its own escape from busy city life, while still close enough to easily get into town on the B480. The bus also goes direct to the city center.
