Comfortable double room available in shared flat

Hello!

I'm looking for a roommate in the flat I've just moved into. It's a ground floor two bed flat (same sized rooms) with an open plan kitchen/living space.

Located on a lovely, peaceful residential estate off Cumnor Hill, it's still only a bus ride/10-15 min cycle to Oxford. We are very close to Cumnor village where there is the village shop and gorgeous countryside, and less than a mile to a Tesco express and coop on Botley Parade.

There are a few road parking spaces right next to the building, and secure bike storage sheds.

The room is furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, bookcase, bedside table, and I'll arrange for a small desk and chair. Bills will be included, (water, elec/gas, council tax and Wifi).

I'm a professional in my late twenties, looking for someone friendly (and tidy) to live with. It'd be lovely to live with someone who I can have a meal with every now and then or watch a movie with, but equally happy to be a bit quieter too.- pretty flexible!
When things open up I will be inviting neighbours/friends over sometimes for tea or dinner, but would always let you know in advance, and of course you can too.
