Whole house share available for 2 persons

Hi,

I am currently looking for one or two people to take over my tenancy. There are 2x bedrooms available. One en-suite and one small double with access to the main bathroom. There is also a small room to be used a study. The living room, kitchen and small garden would be shared. Ideally we’re looking for either one person to rent the whole property with permission to sublet the second room or for two people to share. The house is a cosy new build semi detached in Chilton village. Next door to the Harwell science campus and with good links to Milton Park, abingdon, Oxford and Newbury. You must be quiet, clean and tidy, non smoker.
