I am a Phd student working on the Harwell campus and my house has excellent access to the campus - by car, on foot or by bike. Buses run regularly to Oxford from nearby.

The property is located on a quiet residential street with offroad parking and local open spaces opposite. There is a walled garden outside the kitchen with secure sheds for bike storage and seats for relaxing on the patio.
Council tax band D but currently exempt as I am a student which is why I would prefer another student as a tenant.
