Please note this accommodation is a HOUSE NOT a flat (you have to start all over again if you want to change it!) and it is £450 for Mon-Fri, if you want a short term lease 7 days a week it will be £550 pcm. Nice double bedroom with fitted wardrobe, window over looks the garden .
The family bathroom is next door to bedroom and unless the landlords son visits from university it’s hardly used as owner has their own bathroom.
There is a very well behaved gentle boarder collie dog also.
You would be welcome to use the kitchen of course and garden.
We will be putting the house on the market in the next few months and are hoping to sell within a 4-6 month period hence the sort term lease . Therefore it would be £450 for Monday-Friday and £550 for a short term 7 days a week lease.
