Lovely quiet village home, in a lovely area.

I’d like to welcome you to my beautiful home just outside of the Cotswolds, near Chipping Norton. It’s a 3 bed, middle terraced home, kept to a very clean and tidy standard.

I am a live-in landlord offering a Monday to Friday tenancy, but you would have full access to the property during those days. Your room would be completely private, as would mine, but the living, dining, kitchen, bathroom and garden areas would be shared. There is also space for parking on the street. The room itself has built-in wardrobe space, and the house generally has lots of storage.

I travel regularly with work so there will be times where you would have the property to yourself. I also have a very friendly dog that is with me every other week, so must be comfortable around dogs.

You are 15-20 minutes away from rail services (Bicester North and Oxford Parkway) that have direct access into central London, as well as the famous Bicester Village outlet shopping centre.

Being very close to the Cotswolds, you are never far from spectacular views, quirky villages and amazing farm shops. It’s a great excuse to explore.

I am also 5-10 minutes drive from Alpine F1 and Soho Farmhouse private members club, so if you happen to be a member, work there, or know someone that is a member, it is a fantastic getaway and feels like a holiday home.
