Currently working on a second living space/spare room. That can be for shared use and another option for some space to hang out/watch tv.

A short walk walk to local amenities, including; shops, pubs, restaurants, cafes, theatre, cinema, gym, Lido, 24 hour petrol station, and more. Lots of great walks/cycling routes in the surrounding areas.

Banbury Town Centre - 20 to 25 minutes

On the main bus route to Oxford, Banbury and other nearby towns.

Charlbury train station 14 minutes away. 18 minute train to Oxford
Kingham station 12 minutes away. 27 minute train to Oxford
(Can be in London in a little over 1 hour)

Shared kitchen, living room, downstairs WC, conservatory/sunroom, garden (and Shed for storage, shared use of office/spare bedroom (I will be working from home 3 days a week)
