Double En-suite room to rent in Chipping Norton

We have a double en-suite room to rent from mid February in a spacious, 3 bedroom, semi-detached house in Chipping Norton.

The house is comfortable, with a large furnished lounge (sofas, coffee table, TV) and kitchen/diner-cum-conservatory on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully furnished (fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, dining table, kitchen utensils and crockery, though you are welcome to bring your own utensils and crockery as well).

There's plenty of parking available just opposite the house where we never have trouble getting a space.

You will be sharing the house with two males - one in early 20s and 31. We both work in the outdoors, one for a charity supporting people with learning difficulties and one for a farming education centre nearby. We are both friendly, considerate and tidy individuals. We'd like someone who is also of a relaxed, considerate and tidy personality to join us.

We find this a great location to live as it's just a 10 or 15 minute walk into the centre of Chipping Norton where there is a Coop, Sainsbury's, Aldi, M&S, plenty of pubs and coffee shops, local bakeries, charity shops, garages - everything you could need! We are also in short walking distance of lots of countryside walks and cycles.

Bills are approximately £100-150 per month per person depending on the season (includes WiFi, gas, electricity and council tax). Council tax band C.

We're ideally looking for someone to join for a fixed term of 12 months.
