Room in characterful cottage in Chipping Norton

Double bed available in a quaint end terrace cottage in Chipping Norton. Landlord occupies a room at the top of the house but spends 3/4 nights a week away with work. You’ll have the run of the house and your own bathroom (although not joining the bedroom). Wifi and council tax included but would expect to go halves on bills. Very nice and spacious garden with multiple outdoor seating areas. Fully furnished and wonderful living area. Landlord is male military professional looking for mature individual who is considerate and house proud. I also have a small dog and so must not mind animals. Prefer females due to experience of males being problematic in previous letting experiences, particularly with tidiness and attitudes, but open to all genders on a case by case basis.
