Single room

The room is a single bed with a chest of drawers, large built in wardrobe and book shelf. There is a shared bathroom, living room with wood burner, kitchen and garden. Off street parking and the town centre and all facilities are within a couple of minutes walk of the house. Looking for easy going female. I work freelance so am often at home but also go away for work so need someone who is happy to be flexible. All bills included.
