Large Double room to let for a single person.

Hi, I'm looking for a lodger..
I have 1 double room to rent in my home.
My home is situated on the edge of the Cotswolds, in Chipping Norton. Its in a pretty location with plenty of scenic walks.
I'm looking for a quiet and respectful person, someone who will clean up the bathroom and kitchen after use.

The room for rent is quite large and furnished with a double bed, two bedside cabinates, a built in wardrobe, a stand alone cubboard with shelves, a book case, and desk and chair.
I provide clean towels and bedding weekly if needed.

We would be sharing the bathroom and kitchen.
The living room and garden of the house are private.
All bills and broadband are included.
You must be working. A deposit of £500 and 1 months rent of £550.
Just to clarify i am a smoker but only smoke in the private areas of my home.
There is on street parking either in front of my house or there are usually parking spots in the cul-de- sac at the back of my house.
There is a local convenience store 3 minutes walk from my house and its
Ten minute walk from Chipping Norton town centre, which is a pretty market town with plenty of amenities and attractions, from good quality resturants and pubs to stylish boutiques, leisure centre, lido and a small theatre..

Bus stop 3 minutes walk away for buses to Oxford (45 minutes), every hour. Banbury (50 minutes)every hour.
Kingham train station (15 minutes by car away) trains to London Paddington hourly.
