Double Room in Refurbished Victorian House

Newly refurbished Victorian house, located close to the train station (8 min walk- direct trains to Oxford , London and Reading) and the River Thames (paddle boarding, walking etc. - 5 min walk).

Located in the village of Cholsey (local shop, two pubs, butcher, pharmacy) which is right next to Wallingford (supermarkets, pubs and more amenities).

Double room is furnished and includes double bed and storage. Rest of house includes fast internet. living room with large TV and log burner, dining rooms, new bathroom, large kitchen and large new garden including patio and lawn. There is on street parking available.

We are a couple (30s) who are both teachers so are at work throughout the week. My 8 year old son is with us on weekends and has his own room here.

Looking for a lodger who is respectful and considerate, who is also sociable.

Would consider full time or working week for proportional rent.
