Furnished studio with large garden & Thames access

Available for 4 months: Large, bright studio surrounded by a beautiful garden in a quiet neighbourhood halfway between Wallingford and Cholsey.

I am going abroad for a period of 4 months and am looking for someone to occupy this little piece of peaceful paradise for (some of) that time.

The studio apartment is on the upper floor of a little annexe on a large and beautiful property with direct access to the Thames and the Thames path. The flat is 25-30 m2 large with a high ceiling with wooden beams and a large bedroom/living-room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The views from the windows go into the greenery or the meadow and trees in the garden.

The studio is fully furnished. Only the laundry machine is in the landlady’s house nextdoor but can be used anytime.

Dogs are welcome. The landlady herself also has a dog (a friendly and quiet labrador).

The monthly rent includes everything (electricity, heating, hot water, unlimited internet, etc.).

Extra: a parking space for a car is available and there is a bike (incl. helmet and lights) for daily use.
