I currently have an unfurnished double room in a shared house in Clanfield. I am happy to furnish the room if needed for the right person.
The house has a shared large kitchen, spacious living room, conservatory and garden (with chickens). There are two bathrooms so plenty of space. We have sky and WiFi.
There are currently two housemates in the house, I work in Witney for Royal Mail and he works for utilities, so we leave the house pretty early.
We are looking for a housemate who is respectful, easy to be around and enjoys a peaceful life. We enjoy our local area, Clanfield had two good pubs, wonderful coffee shop and plenty of places to run and walk.
The rent would be £560.00 all bills included however it would be liable to change with energy price rises.
