Double Room in Village Location for Animal Lover

Animal lover required for furnished south-facing double room, in a terraced house situated in a small, quiet village close to Bampton and Carterton. Room is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and smart TV.

House is shared with one very busy mature female who works full-time and currently has commitments away from the house most evenings and weekends meaning that much of the time you would have the house to yourself. Shared accommodation comprises living room, kitchen (including dishwasher and air-fryer) and bathroom (electric shower over bath) separate WC downstairs. Washing machine and tumble dryer available for use (and washing line) Communal parking available.
There is a garden but its currently a 'work in progress'

All household bills included (basic SKY TV in shared living room and ultrafast broadband throughout the house)

Assistance required a few nights per week with resident dog (letting him out in the garden and feeding him - no walking required unless you want to 🙂) and house-cats (4)

The village has a small post-office, renowned cafe/bakery and two pubs. There is a reasonable bus service to Bampton / Carterton / Witney but limited service means it will be much easier if you can drive.
