I am looking for a replacement to take over my current tenancy in this 5 bed house. The house was recently renovated (2017) and is well managed. The location is the best you can get, right on Cowley road with a 90 second stroll to the nearby Tesco, a bus stop for buses to the city centre just on the opposite side of the road, and a vast array of other local amenities in the form of pubs, restaurants, a doctor's office etc within a minute from the door.

The housemates are a lovely bunch and I'll be sad to leave them! With a 50/50 mix of professionals/students. They are all very clean, respectable and independent but sociable people.

The house has 2 bathrooms with both showers and toilets, in addition there are 2 separate toilets. There is an open plan shared living room and kitchen, that opens up into a pretty sizable patio, that is lovely for BBQs in the summer!

The contract you'd be taking over ends mid-September, but can be renewed if you as a household have 5 tenants who all would like to renew.
