The bedroom available is upstairs, and is one of three that share the upstairs bathroom. A fourth bedroom downstairs is ensuite.
Council tax (Band C), broadband and utility standing charges are included in the rent.
Electricity, Gas and Water consumption are recharged at cost.
Based on historical consumption of utilities over the 12 months previous to 1 July 2024, your utility bills are likely to be just over £40 per month over average (more in the winter and less in the summer), although that does depend on energy and water consumption and any changes in unit rates.
Electricity in your room is metered, some tenants (with large TVs and Desktop computers) consume 70 kwh per month, others who don't consume only 3 kwh per month. The consumption in your room will partially affect your monthly utility bill.
On-street parking is available, but a chargeable permit is required from the council with a maximum of two cars per property that can have parking permits. One tenant has a parking permit so that leaves one permit available.
