Single room in great location

Hi, I have a single room for rent in a 3 bed house in Clowley, close to the Cowley road, shops, city centre. Close to ring road if you need to drive to work or get the bus to London.

I have one other lodger, we are both very relaxed and have the habit of binge watching netflix trash (you have been warned)

The room is furnished and I renovated the house 2 years ago, so everything is new and fresh.

The cost of the room includes everything, bills unlimited broadband, use of kitchen stuff, bin bags, and loo roll!. I also do all the cleaning as this is easier, but ask that you are respectful and clean up after yourself when using the shared areas.
