The double room is in a two-bedroom, second floor flat, a twelve-minutes’ walk away from a major supermarket, two gyms, and a shopping centre. There are good local bus routes to Headington, the city centre and Oxford railway station, with the bus stop only a few minutes’ walk from the flat.

There is an off-road parking bay available to use, just outside the flat and communal green spaces (gardens is pushing it!) on the grounds.

The room is a modest double with double bed. You will have sole use of the bathroom (practically ensuite!) just opposite, which has both a shower and bath. Included is access to the common areas; the living room, hall and kitchen (with washing machine).

Price includes broadband and utility bills.

I am an easy going, quiet and considerate professional and am looking to share with someone who pretty much fits that description too. This would ideally suit a professional who is out most of the day and goes home at the weekend.
