TWO double bedrooms in sociable house in Cowley

Hello!

Two of our housemates are moving out in September, so we are looking for two people to take over and join our lovely home! We are a really friendly and social house and like to chill together either at the pub, on evenings out and cooking dinner together. So we'd like to find two housemates who also want to make the place feel like home.

The house is recently renovated and furnished. It has a spacious, open-plan living room and kitchen with a TV, washing machine (dryer too), dishwasher and virgin broadband. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath/shower and one wc. We have a driveway, bike storage, a large garden with a patio and outdoor seating (very nice for barbecues!).

We’re right in the heart of Cowley, with great connections to Oxford city centre (just a 15-min walk), as well as easy access to Headington and the JR. Despite the central location, the house is on a quiet, peaceful street that leads directly to South Park - only a 2-min walk away. You’ll also find both Sainsbury’s and Tesco just around the corner, within a 2-min walk.

The replacements should be willing to sign the new tenancy agreement starting Sept 2026. Monthly price does not include bills, which roughly come to £120-130 pcm including council tax and a cleaner that comes twice a month.
