I am looking to rent out the cosiest room in the house to a reasonably quiet, responsible, mature student, postgraduate or professional working person.
Ideally you would be environmentally aware and politically left leaning if political at all.
We are a vegetarian house.
No pets or smoking due to allergies.
We have a good size back garden - great for BBQs or sitting round a fire in the evening.
Your room is bright and airy, a single bed and has lots of shelf and storage space and a substantial desk and gaming chair.
It is about 4mX3m
We live on a quiet road 5 minutes walk to the buses on the Cowley Road.
The rent covers bills ( CT, Gas/Lx,. Water, Fibre Optic Broadband/WiFi, TV licence ) and sundries (Cleaning Products. Condiments, Dried Goods, etc).
Food can be included too by negotiation.
Happy to consider Mon - Friday and term time only options.
