Furnished double room available in Cowley from 5th November (earlier could be negotiated if required). The rent is £558pcm plus £115 bills, which includes WiFi, gas, electric, water etc, as well as council tax, the TV license and Netflix. The house has off-street parking, a garden, and a shed for bike storage. We’re also very lucky to have a spare single room for guests and a study room as well so there’s loads of space for working from home. It’s about a 20 min cycle from Oxford city centre and the bus stop is at the end of the road so it’s very convenient for getting into town. We are also situated a 5 minute walk from the Temple Cowley shops, and Pure Gym & Feel Fit gym.

The current housemates are both working professionals and have lived in Oxford for a few years, so this would be a great place for somebody new to Oxford to settle in, or just anybody looking for a new sociable place to live. They enjoy socialising together in the evenings, especially relaxing in front of the TV!

They are very happy to have a student housemate, but they would need to pay their share of council tax.
