Single room near Florence Park

Single room available in a friendly four bedroom, non-smoking and pet free house share a minute's walk from Florence Park.

Ideally we are looking for someone long term (12 months+), although 6 months is also fine. We may be able to offer you something short term over the summer, from 3 months, as we have a few people interested for August / September / October.

The current housemates (aged 24 to 28) work as a Space Engineer, Design Engineer & Project Manager, currently working a mix of from home and in the office. "We do lots of fun stuff together (film nights, weekend feasts, tennis, pub when it's allowed, etc) so we'd love someone who also wants to get involved."

This HMO property has an extensive kitchen/living area including a gas hob, two gas ovens, two fridge freezers, an integrated microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and (heat pump [gentle on your clothes] tumble drier) - perfect if you enjoy cooking and socialising. There is a small garden at the front of the property.

The bedroom available is upstairs and has plenty of wardrobe storage (2m wide, 58cm deep), a fold down desk, single bed and large worksurface with cupboard space below.

The bathroom is shared between three.

There are digital thermostats in each bedroom which control the central heating radiator.

Bills average approximately £23.50 per month, per tenant (dependant on season and consumption). Council tax, broadband, communal TV licence and utility standing charges are included in the rent.

On-street parking is available free of charge ; the area is a low traffic neighbourhood, with no through traffic between Cowley and Iffley Roads.
