Two double rooms in homely house with garden

Hi
we are looking for two people to join us in our east Oxford home. Both rooms are doubles and share a bathroom with over-bath shower with me, Bethany (Sophie is on the top floor with an ensuite) and there is an additional loo downstairs. Both rooms have a desk, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers. The front room is larger with two windows overlooking the street and a fireplace. The backroom is smaller with a fireplace as well.
We have super fast Virgin fibre broadband so home working is not a problem. We have a lovely cosy shared lounge with TV Netflix and Amazon Prime. The Kitchen diner is light and well equipped with two fridges, washing machine and dishwasher. There are bifold doors to a small garden patio and BBQ, perfect for outdoor socialising! There is secure bike parking at the from of the house or you can access the back garden via a gated path.
At the moment we both work from home, I am doing a PhD at Oxford Brookes in Primate Conservation and Sophie works in IT. When we are allowed we look forward to meeting new people, eating out and exploring Oxford and the surrounding area. We enjoy nights in, cooking, binge watching Netflix and films and chatting after a busy day.
We are looking for someone who wants spend time with flat mates and socialise together as well as having their own space. We are tidy and would want someone who values an organised and respectful home.
Rental includes all bills and council tax, Netflix subscription and Amazon Prime.
