I’m moving back to London so my great double room in a house share in Cowley is up for grabs! It really offers amazing value for the price so it’s worth reading this ad :)
Room:
Double room overlooking the garden with lots of sunshine in the mornings. There’s a sink with a mirror + built in wardrobe next to the door. The room comes with a double bed, bedside table and a chest of drawers. In addition, I have 2 desks + really nice chair for WFH which I might be able to sell for a good price if interested :)
About the house:
4 bedroom house with garden and a shed in the back where you can easily keep a bike or other stuff. Living room is extended with glass conservatory where we have 2 fridges and laundry area with washing machine and a drier. Apart from that there’s a kitchen and one bedroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms (including the one that is advertised here) and a bathroom upstairs.
💰:
335£ for rent paid on the 1st of each month
Bills inc. council tax: approx. 100£
Water paid every 6 months
Deposit: 400£ paid to the landlord
Contract for 12months.
Housemates:
Currently there are 2 girls in their 30s which have been living in the house for a few years and one guy in his 20s who has just moved in. It’s also worth mentioning that the landlord is great and very responsive to any issues.
About you:
Tidy and respectful person who’s happy to keep the place clean and contribute to the friendly atmosphere of the house. We’re looking for professionals due to tax reasons.
Move in date ideally before the end of June although can be flexible!
