Lovely room in beautiful house

The room has a large single bed (3 feet 6 inches), wardrobe space, and armchair, and there is still plenty of space to move around. It's a lovely room, in a well-maintained house, with on-street parking in a road that has recently been closed to through traffic.

There is a shared dining room, living room, large bathroom, downstairs cloakroom, and a kitchen. It is a pretty quiet and self-contained household.

The garden is lovely and you are very welcome to use and enjoy it.

Local facilities include a nearby Co-op, Sainsburys and other shops, and there are buses into town from the end of the road every 5-10 minutes.

Heating bills are included in the rental price on the basis that you will be out at work during the week, any additional times chargeable according to usage.
