Double room in homely and lively 2-person house

Hey :) My name is Irene and I am a PhD student looking for one other person to share this homely, luminous and lively house with! The house is recently painted, has modern kitchen and bathroom appliances (including a washing machine and a dishwasher) and it also has a cosy, low-maintenance garden at the back.

The house is ideally located off Cowley Road, in a quiet street close to small cafes and bakeries, local pubs, supermarkets and bus stations.

I'm looking for a housemate (preferably a postgraduate student for council tax reasons) who will share this beautiful home with me. I will be staying in Oxford for at least 2.5 years, and possibly more. So, ideally, I would be looking for someone who would be similarly staying in the house for at least one year.

I'm a very easy-going person who really enjoys spending time with friends. I love exploring new places and going for walks, I also enjoy having a beer or a glass of wine in the evening and I often find myself having long conversations with friends about everything and nothing. I love reading, cinema and theatre and I like staying active and trying out different sports and activities. I have shared houses with several friends in the past and I have had wonderful experiences. I have been told that I am very tidy and clean, respectful of other peoples' space and easy to live with. If we lived together, I would really love it if we could get to know each other and spend time together. However, I would also be very respectful of your time and space.
